We would be happy to come by to map out your business processes from a high point of view. We are looking for improvement potential. This allows us to determine which processes are interesting for automation. You will receive a report with the savings potential and the cost estimation. Together, we decide which processes we want to start with.

The processes to be automated are mapped out in detail step by step so that we understand them properly from A to Z. We will then develop and send them to you so that you can still review and discuss them internally. If everything is as planned, we can start building!

The automation was built by our developers. This is usually achieved within a few weeks! Then we test all the different scenarios together to make sure they look good.

Your automation is ready to work for you! We will coordinate carefully when it goes live so that we are both ready for it. In addition, you will receive an explanation of how it works and what to expect.

We continuously monitor all processes. As soon as a robot crashes, we receive a notification to follow it up. We often have solved this before you even realize it. Optionally, we can also develop a dashboard so that you can see for yourself how much the robot has worked for you recently.
