This is where manual work starts, where you have to log into a web portal to actually request the VOG for the candidate, with information from their system.
VionA is now doing this for Daan's colleagues. As soon as the system requires a VOG, she retrieves the necessary information, makes the request in the portal, downloads a confirmation and adds it to the candidate card. Finally, she adjusts the status so that everything stays neatly up to date.
Every month, the financial department drew up individual bonus statements for the intermediaries. This was not only a labour-intensive job, because it had to be created and stored per person, but also very sensitive to privacy.
