Approach

Management & growth

Maintaining today, moving forward tomorrow

An automation going live is not the end point. Processes change, systems receive updates, and your organization grows. From the moment of go-live, we ensure everything keeps working as intended, without you having to worry about it. And we look ahead together: which process is the next step? This is how a single automation becomes the start of a partnership that grows along with your organization.

Monitoring & maintenance

We continuously monitor to ensure everything keeps running as intended: proactively, not just when something goes wrong. We identify and resolve anomalies before they disrupt the process. And if something changes—like a system update, a new form, or an adjusted workflow—we adapt the automation accordingly so it keeps doing what it's supposed to do. All of this is done within the data and security agreements we have made together.

Support

If something gets stuck or you have a question, you have one dedicated point of contact who knows your automations and your processes. No waiting in line at a general helpdesk and no need to explain your story over and over again. We respond to your query and take action within one business day. You can also reach out to us with questions about how something works or ideas for improvements.

Knowledge & training

We handle the management, so you don't need to bring that expertise in-house. Does your team want to be more self-sufficient? We then translate the training plan from your strategy into RPA and AI training sessions, tailored to the roles within your organization. From employees who want to better understand what an automation does, to colleagues who want to identify opportunities in their own work. This way, your staff handles new technology with confidence, and AI literacy grows within your organization.

Continuous development

Every quarter, we sit down with you. We look back: what have the automations delivered, and what held us back? We share which new AI developments, tools, and regulations are relevant to you. And we assess whether the ambitions, frameworks, and priorities in your strategy still hold true. You leave with concrete actions, each with an owner and a deadline. Often, that conversation is the start of the next automation or a new round of strategy.
