Luba is the largest employment agency for SMEs. They make the fastest match between vacancy and local talent. With 50 branches across the country, they are always nearby. They like calling, texting, emailing and drinking coffee with customers and candidates to get to know each other better.
Contract extension and termination
As the largest employment agency for SMEs, there are dozens of contracts that need attention every day. Possible actions include extending the contract with the same terms, extending it with new terms, or terminating the contract. This process is now also fully carried out by VionA. She looks for which contracts need action and asks the appropriate branch what to do with this contract. The mail that the branch receives contains buttons with the different answers, after which the robot can further modify the contract and send it to the candidate. Minimum wage adjustments
Every week, the robot checks which candidates are close to their birthday because they may be dealing with a new legal minimum wage. The robot first checks for each candidate whether they still have an active contract, and then asks the appropriate branch whether the candidate's salary, rate or other elements need to be adjusted. The branches can provide these in a specifically developed web form. No response? Even then, the robot follows this up! First with a reminder email, but if necessary by creating an activity in the system for the back office.
New Phase adjustments
The robot regularly checks whether there are candidates whose current phase is about to end. This means that action must be taken to offer these candidates a new contract in time. The robot collects all relevant information and sends it to the correct location. They can then see at a glance which actions they need to take. With a web form developed by VionA, they can easily send the answer back to the robot for further processing. Of course, the robot also monitors whether there is an answer and, if not, sends a reminder or creates an activity for the back office.
Match suggestions
The match suggestions process ensures that suitable vacancies are automatically presented to candidates. VionA now does this fully automatically for Luba, where, in the event of a match, the candidate receives an email with a suitable vacancy for him/her!
Processing mutations
Wages and rates must be adjusted regularly due to new laws and regulations or collective labor agreement changes. For this purpose, a robot has been developed that asks the various branches whether the salary and rate should be adjusted. For this purpose, VionA has created a handy form. This information is collected centrally for quick and easy processing. The robot then logs in and processes the changes in the contracts. Handy!
Better reporting
When a temporary worker is better again, they should be scheduled back on a job as soon as possible. Previously, an external absenteeism service sent an email to the back office when a temporary worker was reported better, after which the back office had to process it into the system and notified the correct location. With the new robot, this is done fully automatically, which means that one less boring job for the back office and, in addition, the branch knows even faster that a temporary worker can get back to work.
