About LTP

Register new candidates
LTP used a Word template for organizations to register new candidates, or registrations came in by email. This data then had to be entered manually into AFAS and 2 other systems. That's no longer necessary. VionA implemented a digital form for new clients, after which the data is sent straight to AFAS via the API. With our RPA robot, the same data is also entered into another system right away. This saves time, and it's also a meticulous job that isn't very challenging for LTP's employees.
Scheduling for large clients
LTP's large clients have time slots reserved especially for them. Periodically, an export of these time slots was made from AFAS and sent to the client as an Excel file. The client filled the time slots with candidates, after which LTP's back office had to match them by hand with the reservations in AFAS. Time-consuming, error-prone and with a long lead time as well.
VionA developed a scheduling app that pulls the time slots from AFAS and lets these clients fill them live. The data is then sent straight into AFAS via the API, so it's processed quickly and without errors.
