The challenge: peak traffic and manual work
In the off-season, the administration was still manageable, but as soon as the December rush started, the team stalled. The manual process took an enormous amount of time:
- Duplicate work: Manually find or re-create customers.
- Error-prone retyping: Enter products, weights, prices, and VAT rates field by field.
- Data islands: Manually feed back invoice numbers and amounts to your own administrative system.

- Direct order connection: As soon as an order arrives, the robot picks up the data on the order system.
- Smart CRM check: The robot checks whether the customer already exists in e-Accounting and, if necessary, immediately creates a new profile.
- Automatic transmission: the invoice is generated and sent directly to the customer by email.
- Database update: All relevant billing data is directly stored in Logoreep's SQL database.
Result: fewer errors, hours of time savings and scalable up to thousands of invoices per week.
