Before a lease contract can be concluded with a customer, Beequip must investigate whether this customer is also registered in the NIWO register. Beequip has extensively automated its processes, but this check had to be done manually because the NIWO register cannot be accessed via a link.

VionA has now automated this for Beequip by using an RPA robot to make the necessary information, including a screenshot, available via an API. The KvK number is offered with an API call, after which they receive the necessary information back as a response.

This automation not only saves time for Beequip, but also enables a crucial and simple task that had to be completed manually prior to the leasing process.

So far, Beequip had to manually create an “Order to name” for each vehicle in the RDW portal.
