Until recently, some of the insurance policies that have to be cancelled were processed by hand 1 by hand. This also involved looking up the latest policy sheet as an attachment and collected in a folder. Now, a VionA robot does these actions for DAK's colleagues! This way, they have more time to provide their customers with qualitative information.
