Retrieving and processing statements

Every day, statements of various customer G accounts are downloaded from the banking environment. These are then uploaded into the MySolution Finance accounting system under the appropriate BV. Finally, the transactions are processed. This boring job is now carried out by a VionA robot, allowing the department to focus on the exceptions instead of this repetitive action.

First invoice check

After a new customer has received invoices for the first time, they are approached with a few questions so that the processing runs smoothly. To do this, the invoices are searched in the MySolution system, added to an email, the mail is sent and the response is assessed. This entire process is now automatic, allowing the department to focus on the exceptions.

Create a contract card

A contract must be created for each new placement. To do this, a wizard is run through MySolution and filled with information from the CRM package. This is why VionA has built a robot that goes through this wizard for the department. Saves time again, the risk of typos and creates more time for more challenging work in the department.

Project Resource Error

Every morning, a list of all project resources to be covered is downloaded. After that, all resources are treated step by step by specifying the correct status per resource in the MySolution system. As soon as an error occurs during assignment, the resource is written for review by the appropriate department. Once the list has been completed, an email with the relevant error messages will be sent to each department.

Fixed hours offer

At some point, a temporary worker must receive a contract with fixed hours. The number of hours is determined by the hours worked in the past year. VionA ensures that the contract is adjusted in MySolution to one with fixed hours so that the back office no longer has to do this.
