Presenting vacancies to candidates
Voor SBA Flex heeft VionA een makkelijke tool gemaakt zodat zij in 1 oogopslag kunnen zien hoeveel van hun kandidaten voldoen aan de wensen en eisen van een vacature. Ze kunnen dan ook makkelijk zien wat de invloed is van een aanpassing van een wens op het aantal te matchen kandidaten. Als dit naar wens staat kunnen ze VionA met 1 druk op de knop deze kandidaten een mail laten sturen met de vacature en de vraag of deze interessant voor ze is.
Data enrichment of candidate data
As is the case with many companies, the data of the candidates was not complete everywhere at SBA Flex either. It took a long time to update this. VionA now does this entire process fully automatically. She makes an inventory of what information is missing for each candidate and sends the candidate an email with what information still needs to be provided. If there is no response, she will follow up the email again later. This way, SBA Flex's data is becoming increasingly reliable to work with!
